Želimo da vas obavestimo da su od 1. decembra, u RaiffeisenOnLine e-banking aplikaciji, dostupne sledeće nove funkcionalnosti:
- Pristup Centralnom registru elektronskih menica – CreM, u delu Dinarska plaćanja. Za više detalja možete posetiti internet stranicu banke
- SWIFT potvrda o realizovanom plaćanju – zbog prelaska na MX standard, u aplikaciji sada imate nove potvrde o realizovanom plaćanju (koje kao i do sada možete slati dobavljačima)
- Potvrde o realizovanim nalozima – moguće preuzimanje potvrde o realizovanom nalogu bez obzira preko kog kanala je plaćanje ispostavljeno (Halcom, mBanking, SWIFT MT101, cmi@web)
- Mogućnost zanavljanja sertifikata kroz aplikaciju za velike i srednje kompanije – kada popunite formu koju ste dobili kroz aplikaciju, nije više potrebno slati mejl da se obnovi sertifikat
- Devizni nalog – uvedeno novo polje Mesto korisnika (u pitanju je usklađivanje sa SWIFT MX standardima, polje nije obavezno, format naloga ostaje nepromenjen)
Od 15.12.2025. godine, na snagu stupaju nova Pravila i uslovi za korišćenje RaiffeisenOnLine aplikacije, čime se vrši usklađivanje sa Odlukom o tehničkim standardima za pouzdanu autentifikaciju korisnika i zajedničkim i bezbednim otvorenim standardima komunikacije (“Sl. glasnik RS”, br. 102/2024). Promena će se ogledati u skraćenju trajanja sesije (period neaktivnosti u aplikaciji) na 5minuta.

We would like to inform you that starting from December 1st, the following new features will be available in the RaiffeisenOnLine e-banking application:
- Access to the Central Register of Electronic Bills – CreM, in the Dinar Payments section. For more details, you can visit the bank’s website
- SWIFT confirmation of completed payments – due to the transition to the MX standard, the application now provides new confirmations of completed payments (which you can send to your suppliers as before).
- Confirmations of completed orders – the ability to download confirmations of completed orders regardless of the channel through which the payment was issued (Halcom, mBanking, SWIFT MT101, cmi@web).
- Certificate renewal capability through the application for large and medium companies – once you fill out the form received through the application, it is no longer necessary to send an email to renew the certificate.
- Foreign currency payment order – a new field for Beneficiary’s city has been introduced (this is in line with SWIFT MX standards; the field is optional, and the payment order format remains unchanged).
Starting from December 15, 2025, new Rules and Conditions for using the RaiffeisenOnLine application will come into effect, aligning with the Decision on Technical Standards for Reliable User Authentication and Common and Secure Open Communication Standards (“Official Gazette of RS,” No. 102/2024). Change will include shortening the session duration (period of inactivity in the application) to 5 minutes.

Novi SWIFT standard / New SWIFT standard

Želimo da vas obavestimo da će naša banka u skladu sa novim SWIFT standardima, 27.10.2025. godine, preći sa MT na MX standard.
Šta ovo znači za vas kao klijenta?
Devizna plaćanja:
- U samom deviznom nalogu, za sada neće biti izmena. U narednoj verziji aplikacija elektronskog i mobilnog bankarstva, biće dodato novo opciono polje za mesto primaoca, o čemu ćete biti posebno obavešteni. Takođe, postojeći format fajla za uvoz deviznih naloga i paketa biće i dalje u upotrebi.
- Umesto sadašnje poruke MT103 kao potvrde plaćanja, dobićete drugačiju poruku (pacs.008), koju takođe možete proslediti svom dobavljaču kao potvrdu izvršenog plaćanja, kao i do sada.
Devizni prilivi:
- Obaveštenje koje dobijate na imejl biće neznatno promenjeno.
- Raspored priliva ostaje bez izmene i radi se kao i do sada putem aplikacija elektronskog i mobilnog bankarstva (samo za klijente sa statusom rezidenta).

We would like to inform you that our bank will transition from the MT to the MX standard in accordance with the new SWIFT standards on October 27th, 2025.
What does this mean for you as a client?
Foreign currency payments:
- There will be no changes to the foreign currency order itself for now. In the next version of the electronic and mobile banking applications, a new optional field for the recipient’s location will be added, about which you will be specifically informed. Additionally, the existing file format for importing foreign currency orders and packages will continue to be used.
- Instead of the current MT103 message as payment confirmation, you will receive a different message (pacs.008), which you can also forward to your supplier as proof of payment, as you have done so far.
Foreign currency inflows:
- The notification you receive via e-mail will be slightly modified.
- The acceptance for inflows remains unchanged and operates as before through the electronic and mobile banking applications (only for clients with resident status).

- Pregled poslatih dinarskih i deviznih naloga – kada se preuzme izveštaj u .xlsx, dodata je kolona sa podacima o kreatoru i potpisniku naloga
- Dodat je novi fomat za preuzimanje dinarskih i deviznih izvoda – SEPA format, camt.053, verzija 8
- Arhivska granica kod izvoda dinarskih i deviznih računa je pomerena na 15 godina, tako da su dostupni izvodi od 01.01.2010.godine

Obaveštavamo vas o odluci Centralne banke Omana po kojoj je predviđeno da sva plaćanja korisnicima u Omanu, posle 30.06.2025. godine, sadrže račun korisnika u IBAN obliku.
Plaćanja koja ne budu imala IBAN račun biće odbijena.

Važna informacija – Plaćanje prema Ujedinjenim Arapskim Emiratima/ Important Information – Payments to the United Arab Emirates
Prema zahtevu Centralne banke Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata (UAE), za plaćanja prema UAE obavezan je unos svrhe plaćanja u obliku POP code-a u prvom redu polja Detalji plaćanja. Podatak treba uneti uneti u sledećem formatu /BENEFRES/AE//XXX/, pri cemu je XXX slovna oznaka svrhe plaćanja, odnosno POP code, koji uvek ima tri karaktera. Ostali detalji plaćanja se mogu naći u sledećim redovima polja.
Primer popunjenog polja Detalji plaćanja nalazi se u prilogu:

Dostupnost novih funkcionalnosti / Availability of new features

Želimo da vas obavestimo da su od danas, 09. septembra, u RaiffeisenOnLine dostupne nove funkcionalnosti:
- Grupni pregled računa – nalazi se u delu Računi (pregled računa svih kompanija za koje je vezan sertifikat, mogućnost pregleda ukupnog stanja računa po valutama, kao i stanja samo za izabrane račune)
- Dodata je poruka upozorenja da se izvadi kartica prilikom napuštanja aplikacije – klik na Kraj rada
- Dodata je informacija o datumu i vremenu prijema deviznog naloga (podsećamo da je krajnje vreme prijema naloga 13h za izvršenje naloga istog dana)
- Kreiranje i uvoz naloga isključivo iz predefinisanih primalaca plaćanja, odnosno nemogućnost slobodnog unosa podataka o primaocu plaćanja, već isključivo iz memorisanih primaoca plaćanja. Ova funkcionlanost se dodaje isključivo na zahtev klijenta.

- Info about date and time of sent FCY payment order was added (reminder that COT for FCY payment is 1pm)
- Creation of dinar payment orders out of the beneficiary list only (impossibility to enter beneficiary data freely in domestic payment, but only from the list of beneficiaries) – if you would like to use this option, you need to send us written request for changing your authorization

- Preuzimanje potvrda o stanju i prometu po računu (opcija Računi)
- Preuzimanje potvrde o izvršenom plaćanju (opcija Dinarska plaćanja)
- Mogućnost uvoza statistike prilikom dostavljanja osnova deviznog priliva u .xml i .xls formatu (opcija Devizno poslovanje/Devizni prilivi)
- Mogućnost slanja prigovora na rad e-banking aplikacije (opcija Računi)
Opcije za preuzimanje potvrda će biti dodeljene korisnicima koji imaju ovlašćenje za pregled prometa po određenom računu.

- Download of confirmation for account balance and cash flow (section Accounts),
- Download of confirmation for executed payment orders (section Domestic payments),
- Possibility to import statistics in .xml and .xls format when accepting FCY incoming payment (section FCY payments/LORO),
- Possibility to send us complaints regarding the e-banking application (section Accounts).
Options for downloading the confirmations will automatically be assigned to those users who already have authorizations for cash flow for a specific account.

Važno obaveštenje / Important notice
Poštovani,
Podsećamo vas da u slučaju potrebe za promenom lica koja bi bila ovlašćena za raspolaganje sredstvima po računu putem sistema elektronskog ili mobilnog bankarstva, potrebno je da podnesete odgovarajuće zahteve za ukidanje, odnosno odobrenje ovih usluga. Izmena kartona deponovanih potpisa se odnosi isključivo na papirne naloge i ne obuhvata izmenu po elektronskim kanalima.
Lice ovlašćeno za korišćenje elektronskog i mobilnog bankarstva, dužno je da čuva tajnost elemenata za potvrdu identiteta, kako oni ne bi došli u posed drugog lica. Nije dozvoljen prenos elektronskog sertifikata/mobilnog tokena na drugo lice. Za svako lice koje više ne bi trebalo da ima pristup elektronskom i mobilnom bankarstvu, firma je u obavezi da o tome obavestiti banku, nakon čega će dalje korišćenje aplikacija biti onemogućeno.

We wish to remind you that, in case there is a need to change the person authorized to be in charge of the funds on the account through the system of electronic or mobile banking, you need to submit the corresponding request for cancellation, ie. for granting these services. Changes in the deposited signatures file relate only to paper payment orders and do not include changes relating to electronic channels.
The person authorized to use electronic and mobile banking is under the obligation to maintain the secrecy of identity confirmation elements, in order to prevent these being obtained by another person. Transfer of the electronic certificate/mobile token to other individuals is not allowed. The company is under the obligation to report to the bank every change in authorization for each person who should not have access to electronic and mobile banking, after which the further usage of the application by this person will be cancelled.

Važno obaveštenje za devizna plaćanja / Important notice for FCY payments
Poštovani,
Ukoliko Vaša kompanija vrši devizna plaćanja, molimo da se u nastavku upoznate sa mogućim oblikom prevare kome su izložene kompanije koje vrše pomenute transakcije.
Prevara se zasniva na IZMENI BROJA RAČUNA na koji je, navodno, potrebno obavljati dalja plaćanja prema određenom ino‑partneru.
Izmena broja računa može biti najavljena, najčešće putem lažnog dopisa, prividno od samog ino‑partnera, ali broj računa može biti izmenjen i bez dodatne najave u samoj instrukciji za plaćanje (fakturi).
Ukoliko je posebno najavljena dopisom ili na drugi način, lažirana izmena broja računa je najčešće navedena kao privremena, pri čemu je izmenjena ne samo banka, već i država u kojoj je sa nalazi „novi“ račun primaoca.
U svim slučajevima PROMENE BROJA RAČUNA INO‑PARTNERA, neophodno je da postupite sa izuzetnom pažnjom i OBAVEZNO DODATNO PROVERITE i potvrdite promenu direktno sa ino‑partnerom.
Naglašavamo da izmena broja računa ino‑partnera može ukazati da je ugrožena i manipulisana i‑mejl prepiska sa ino‑partnerom, zbog čega dodatnu potvrdu promene nikako ne treba obaviti samo putem i‑mejla, niti putem broja telefona koji ste dobili i‑mejlom.
Dodatna provera i potvrda promene sa ino‑partnerom treba minimalno da zadovolji sledeće preporuke:
- – proveru obaviti telefonskim razgovorom putem broja telefona koji ste ranije verifikovali, poželjno sa poznatom kontakt osobom
- – neophodno je da Vi pozovete ino‑partnera, a ne on Vas
- – preporučeno je da provera putem telefona bude praćena i potvrdom putem i‑mejla koji ćete poslati ino‑partneru i na koji je potrebno da dobijete odgovor
- – u i‑mejl komunikaciji obavite osnovne provere poruka koje dobijate od ino‑partnera, kako biste se uverili da se prepiska odvija sa ino‑partnerom, a ne sa trećim licem koje učestvuje u prevari

If your company effects foreign currency payments, please acquaint yourself with a possible mode of fraud that companies effecting the aforementioned transactions are exposed to.
The fraud is based on a CHANGE OF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER to which, allegedly, further payments towards a certain foreign business partner need to be directed to.
This change in the account number may be announced, most often via a fake letter or message, seemingly from the same foreign partner, but the account number may also be changed without an announcement in the payment instruction itself (invoice).
If it has been announced by a letter or in some other way, the fake change of the account number is most frequently stated as temporary, and not only the bank has been changed, but also the state where the “new“ acount of the beneficiary is.
In all cases where there has been a CHANGE IN THE ACCOUNT NUMBER OF YOUR FOREIGN PARTNER, you need to be extremely cautious and YOU NEED TO CONFIRM THIS CHANGE ADDITIONALLY directly with your foreign partner.
We are stressing that a change in the account number may point to the fact that the e-mail communication with the foreign partner has been compromised and manipulated, which is why the confirmation regarding this change is not to be performed only via e-mail, nor only via the phone number you received via e-mail.
The additional check and confirmation of this change with your foreign partner should at least minimally meet the following requirements:
- – the check should be done by phone via a phone number you have verified previously, it would be best to speak to a known contact person,
- – you need to call the foreign partner, not have the partner call you,
- – we recommend that the telephone check be followed also by an e-mail confirmation which you will send to your foreign partner and to which you need to receive a reply,
- – in this e-mail communication, make a basic check-up of messages you receive from your foreign partner, in order to be certain that the communication is indeed taking place with your foreign partner, and not with a third party involved in the fraud.

Želimo da Vas podsetimo na osnovna pravila bezbednog korišćenja aplikacije RaiffeisenOnLine:
Nakon završetka rada, izlogovati se pritiskom na taster „Kraj rada“ (gornji desni ugao, iznad naziva firme)
Nakon završetka rada, obavezno izvaditi smart karticu iz čitača kartice, odnosno USB token iz USB porta
PIN (lozinku) ne zapisivati na vidnom mestu i menjati je redovno
Kovertu sa PUK-om ne držati na dostupnom mestu, niti zajedno sa smart karticom/USB tokenom
Unositi PIN (lozinku) isključivo u prozor prilikom logovanja
Obratite pažnju na zaštitu ličnih podataka, kao što su JMBG i PIN (lozinku)

Važno – Plaćanje u Bahrein!
U skladu sa najnovijim obaveštenjem koje smo dobili, za plaćanja prema Bahreinu obavezan je unos svrhe plaćanja u obliku POP code-a u prvom redu polja Detalji plaćanja.
Podatak treba uneti uneti u sledećem formatu //BENEFRES/BH//XXX /, pri čemu je XXX slovna oznaka svrhe plaćanja, odnosno POP code.
Ostali detalji plaćanja se mogu naći u sledećim redovima polja.
